Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of BridalVault (the “Platform”), an online marketplace connecting engaged couples with wedding vendors and venues, and providing a milestone-based escrow layer for their contracts.
1. Marketplace Role
BridalVault operates as a neutral intermediary between couples and vendors. We do not organize, staff, or perform wedding services. Contracts are between the couple and the vendor; BridalVault facilitates payment structure and dispute-reducing milestone workflows.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to open a Vault account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Vendors must complete Stripe Connect identity verification before receiving payouts.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misrepresent services, upload unlawful content, or use the Platform to launder funds or evade taxes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or trigger fraud signals from our payment partner.
4. Fees
A 2.5% platform processing fee is added to each milestone at the time a couple funds it, and is itemized on the pre-checkout receipt. Stripe payment-processing fees apply per Stripe's own published schedule.
5. Disclaimers
BridalVault is a financial technology platform, not a bank. We make no warranty about the quality of vendor deliverables. Your contract with your vendor governs performance; BridalVault governs how funds move.
